Step One | Document Readiness® Conversation

The first step is a guided conversation designed to better understand your current level of preparedness and identify areas that may benefit from additional attention, organization, or support.

Many people know there are important matters they need to address but are unsure where to begin. This conversation creates space to thoughtfully explore next steps in a calm, supportive, and manageable way.

Whether preparing for future planning, supporting loved ones, organizing important information, or addressing unfinished matters, this process helps bring greater clarity and direction to what may otherwise feel overwhelming.

Step Two | Document Readiness® Assessment

For those who wish to move forward, the assessment provides a more comprehensive review of current preparedness needs, existing documents, and areas where additional planning or organization may be beneficial.

This session allows us to identify practical next steps and determine what level of support, guidance, or coordination may best fit your circumstances.

Recommendations are tailored to each individual, family, or situation.

Following the assessment, clients may choose to move forward with customized implementation support based on their specific preparedness needs, document requirements, and desired level of assistance.

Mobile & Remote Notary Support

The Notary Doula provides both mobile and remote online notarization services for eligible documents and preparedness-related support.

Services are available for individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals seeking convenient, guided assistance with properly completing and notarizing important documents.

Travel fees may apply for mobile appointments.
