To facilitate smooth scheduling and potentially accommodate other clients, we kindly request that clients notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to work with our clients to accommodate changes in their schedules. However, we urge our clients provide as much notice as possible in the event that they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients and ensure that we can continue to provide everyone with high-quality mobile notary services.
At The Notary Doula, we prioritize transparency and effective communication in the provision of notary services. To ensure that our clients are aware of our policies and fees, we require all payments to be made in full before a mobile notary appointment can be scheduled.
Additionally, we are committed to providing prompt and reliable service to our clients. However, ***if a notary is in transit or arrives at the signing location and the signing is unable to occur for any reason, no refunds will be issued. It is essential to understand that by proceeding with payment, clients confirm that they have read and agreed to our fees and terms of service.
